Can you clarify? With better public education we’d have Jeb Bush?
With better public education a lot of elections would have gone different over the decades, and the country wouldn’t be so FUBAR.
I don’t think the school-fail is deliberate.
The inability to see that it is deliberate is a huge part of the problem. Which is not to say everyone is in on the conspiracy or even a majority are. Even the minority that are involved may not have a coherent strategy.
But not seeing it as deliberate is simply a delusional failure of perception. Refortifying the problem has to be even more deliberate.
Betsy DeVos is part of that deliberate rectification.
