Are Blue Origin and Sierra abandoning the project?
Scientific American
Attacks space settlement (again). Peter Hague responds.
I have to say I’m disappointed in Sarah.
The “Debate”
I agree with Ed Morrisey; it was terrible. I was very disappointed in Perino.
None of the moderators (and several of the candidates) seemed to have any idea of what is and is not within the power of the president, or constitutionally within the power of the federal government itself. I have to say that at least Burgum did, when he said that X was a matter best left to the states.
[Afternoon update]
Space Tracking Data
This is kind of a big deal. DoD is going to move it to the Department of Commerce.
SLS Flight Rate
This isn’t really a new concern, but there’s nothing they can do about it, except to cancel the stupid program.
Color Blindness
Why does TED fear it?
Conscious Choice
There is a review of Bob Zimmerman’s book over at American Thinker.
Finally
Bob Smith is out at Blue Origin. Thousands of days late and billions of dollars short. It’s not obvious that his replacement will be any better, though.
[Update a couple minutes later]
The comments over there are (appropriately?) brutal.
The Cluster B Society
Chris Rufo, on our elevation and glorification of psychopathologies.
Costco
I think I’ve found my primary-care physician (something I haven’t had for decades).
