George Neumayr says that even with the recent lawsuit setback, Bill Simon’s numbers are still holding up against Grayout Davis.

I’m hoping that Simon’s campaign is not as low-key and inept as it appears, and that he’s holding back his real ammunition until after Labor Day, when the voters start to pay attention.
