Hmmmm.
Interesting in that it could generate power by using the temperature difference between warm upper water vs cold deeper water. And by pumping nutrients from deeper water to the surface along with an underwater reef structure build underneath for fish.
I can’t remember the name, but there is already a guy who set up his own country on an abandoned WW2 radar station off the coast of England. Prints his own money I believe.
