A “Tea Party” (as a Party) would be useful for grooming, endorsing and backing candidates in the Republican primaries. Getting them to run too, if necessary.
I think they’d need a very focused platform and have to keep those that could be labeled crackpots from becoming the focus (I’m not sure how you could do that considering the media’s desires.)
