Well, if the passing of Arizona’s law means that the Climate/Energy bill gets shelved, AND the U.S. Immigration bill doesn’t have enough time to be piecemealed together in place of the Climate/Energy bill, then I think that’s a pretty significant victory.
It’s not every day you get the chance to kill two Federal bills with one state law, after all…
