  1. Good for Boehner. Of course, the article you linked to continues to use the “tax cut” language. Hopefully more journos and editors across the spectrum can start using the more appropriate and accurate phrase

  2. I think we aso need to use the word ‘sale’. Bush cut the price as a percentage of government, so people bought more government and taxes went up.

  3. Ya know what I wish? I wish that every time a liberal says “this money we are spending will create x jobs”, some well spoken conservative would point out that the same economics can be used to point out how many jobs are lost when the government takes x dollars out of the private sector. The net result would therefor be “this money we are taking from the economy and putting back into the economy will only cost x jobs”.

    If I were to tell my wife that I created a thousand dollars for us by pulling the money off our credit card she would slap me silly.
