  1. If they, or any of these do-gooder clowns, were TRULY about protecting downtrodden ‘groups’, they’d be organizing FOR the protection white, middle-class, men.

Having lived as one of that forgotten group for the last 40 odd years, there ain’t nobody out there looking after MY interests.

  2. Besides, Schtumpy, don’t you know that because of your white maleness, you automatically possess this magic thing called “white priviledge” that gives you an advantage in everything in life. All the cool kids say so.

  3. The proposed bill clearly violates anything resembling due process (burden of proof, access to council by the defendant, etc) . I think it will be found unconstitutional by SCOTUS.

  4. I wonder where all this concern was when Kathleen Willey told her story.

Oh, yeah. That was a Democrat president, so it was private sex stuff….

  5. I think it will be found unconstitutional by SCOTUS.

I wish I had as much faith. In recent years, even before Kagan and Sotomayor, it really has felt like a crapshoot.

  6. Rules of evidence, due process, burden of proof, right to counsel, the confrontation cause and all that other nonsense is just reactionary bullshit made up by extremist right-wing misogynistic patriarchal slave-owners to protect white privilege!
