I propose a swap. We take all the folks from the Baltic states and they can have all our leftards. Russia does have a population problem ya know and this sounds like a good first step to me.
Maybe they will apologize for being a major enabler of Hitler’s war effort by selling the Nazis iron ore and allowing the Wermacht to transit through. Norway might never have been invaded if Sweden had not chosen to remain “neutral”.
