  1. That was quite enlightening. These folks aren’t just an unorganized rabble after all. They’re an unorganized rabble with cool hand signals!

  2. These people are really all about the process. Not actually getting anything done.

Raising your hand wasn’t complicated enough for them? SPLITTERS!!!

  3. Really this is nothing more than a form of live action role playing. LARP magicians have a series of hand gestures to cast various spells: silencing spells, entanglement spells, slow spells, etc. ect. Now I’m not totally knocking it because it was good fun when I was a kid. But at the end of the day I’d take off the mask of my persona and return to just being me. Part of that was understanding that whatever happened during the role playing really amounted to a hill of beans at the end of the day. But I saw lots of players get caught up in their fantasy lives on a near 24 hour cycle. Like getting in arguments during dinner about something in the rule book. Or, creating drama and politics between player characters because someone thinks so and so doesn’t play a convincing enough Dwarf and they need to switch their player card to human if they are gonna act that way. But anyways that’s all I see when I look at these people. They are just playing the part of some “Hippy” archetype. For them, trying to determine what exactly that is is proving troublesome so far.

      1. I pushed my chair back, pullimg out my headphones, and disconnecting my left speaker, laughing so hard at ROFLCOPTER

    1. Spot on!

For more evidence just look at the costumes they wear. Can’t wear your normal clothes to the protest, have to wear protest clothes.

    2. I suggest the protestors take the role play seriously because their mundane lives are so meaningless. Drop the mask and all that is left is an aimless empty shell.

  4. No offense, but at least they’re on the streets doing something. Where are the Tea Party folks protesting Mr.ObamaRomneycare?

I have a feeling their parents are saying the exact same thing. Probably the first opportunity to clean up the basement in a long while.

  5. In my brief time in the military, I learned a lot of hand signals, and my even briefer time as a rock climber learning more. It only took seconds to teach and to learn any of those ones I knew. This guy apparently doesn’t uderstand the purpose of hand signals.

    1. The purpose was to be silent as long as possible. Once TSHTF, you need to be yellin’, not flailin’.
