Rally For Rush

Jeff Lord says it’s time to put pressure on his withdrawn advertisers, particularly the ones run by leftists. I’ve never used Carbonite, and now I’m really glad I didn’t.

Kirsten Powers: The leftist war against women. The hypocrisy would be disgusting if we hadn’t gotten used to it decades ago. Of course, as always, her big mistake is in calling such creatures “liberals.”

  1. The funny thing is that Rush has been mostly irrelevant to me since 2000. Oh, I’ve listened to him occassionally, but probably no more than 10 times in any given year, and I say 10 because I do tend to listen more during Presidential election cycles. I didn’t listen to him today. Actually, 90% of the time, I learn about what Rush is recently saying by listening to progressives whine about him (the same goes for my knowledge of Fox News stories). As for advertisers, the last one of his I recall using was Snapple, which again was pre-2000.

I simply don’t have the time in the middle of the day to listen to somebody talk for 3 hours. I certainly don’t need someone telling me stuff I already know, and unlike progressives, I don’t need anyone telling me what to think.

But since progressives decided to make Ms. Fluke a poster child. I’m left wondering why a woman with the wherewithall to get into and attend Georgetown can not only afford her own birth control, but also can not afford a $10-$30 Copay? To save progressives the math, she’s calling for “free” birth control, meaning she doesn’t even want to pay a copay. My insurance covers birth control, but it requires a copay. Ms. Fluke and the HHS Secretary want it all to be “free”.

You know, if her education was “free”, she could afford to pay for her birth control without subsidy. Where’s the line drawn for what others must help Ms. Fluke afford?

  2. I don’t know about their politics, but Crashplan let’s you use the same tools to backup to home hard drives for free….
