It’s only a brighter day. It will be a great day when Judge Vaughey is stripped of his title and never allowed to preside over a court case again. And Kimberlin is an example of why we still need tougher sentences than just being behind bars. He abuses the justice system even inside the jail. He needs to be behind bars and put to hard labor to give him something useful to do.
Still, good for Aaron Walker. It’s a shame he has to go through this at all, but he’s showing good character by fighting back.
If Kimberlin keeps this up and the legal system continues to allow him to do so, it wouldn’t surprise me if he has an “accident”.
