Things just keep getting better there:

Like I said here before Assad is the lesser of two evils. Supporting these people who want to impose Islam all over the world is not good policy. Neither in Syria nor previously on Libya or Egypt.
The question is how long with Turkey will put up with it before they decide to start to reassemble the Ottoman Empire.
