Letting your boss know you agree with his ideas (no matter how stupid) is a sound career move. The guy is just playing yes man to his commander and chief.

This is yet another example that “rank times IQ equals a constant.”
This makes sense – every bit as much sense as if he’d said, “Santa’s flying sleigh is our greatest national security threat.”
I expect this level of idiocy in politicians. I’m disgusted to see it in the military.
I would have to agree with what Gary Johnson(why I voted for him) said. Our exploding debt is our biggest problem. You think are enemies(like Iran and North Korea) don’t know we are increasingly an economic paper tiger? That we could ill afford any kind of sustained conflict?
