I saw Bernie Sanders on Bill Maher’s show demagogue about trillions the corporations were sitting on. I was struck by his logical absurdity. If they are ‘sitting’ on it, it could only be because they are afraid to invest it for profit. If rather, they are investing it, they are making their contribution to the economy.
So if they are sitting on it Senator, what is your guilt?
They didn’t build those trillions, ken. And they all belong to Dear Leader anyway.
One thing the clueless lefties miss is that every dollar sitting idle in “Uncle Scrooge’s” money bin lends it’s value to the dollars actually in circulation. The idle dollars represent an un-exercised claim on goods and services from the economy.
