He didn’t and it doesn’t matter. The last sentence says it all.
At this point, he’s depleting everyone’s moral capital. When a significant portion of the population is mooching and human society is widely viewed as a negative sum game, then our interactions with each other are going to devolve into games of Us versus Them.

It’s ok, Obama will just print more. Political capital to hit 1500 soon.
As with few things in life that truly, there CAN be a deficit of moral capital. And in the case of Mr. Obumble, he started this job in the negative. Just like the economy, he keeps digging deeper trying to get OUT of the hole.
It’s not really his lack of moral capital that concerns me. We will always have some politicians like him. It’s the lack of moral capital in the gimme losers they depend on to get elected that concerns me.
How could we allow them to take over education? How did we allow the media to get away with not being shamed into responsibility? This fight is much bigger than who gets elected.
