It appears from the article they only found the cracks because they needed to do a FAA required inspection. Score on for government regulations 🙂
It’s a strawman argument to say that liberatarians and conservatives are opposed to all government regulation. Some of it is quite useful. However, just because I like a steak now and then, I don’t want a whole cow shoved down my throat. When unelected and unaccountable bureaucrats are creating thosands of new regulations each and every year, it isn’t unreasonable to question how many of them are really necessary or economically justifiable via cost-benefit analysis.
