Worth noting is the ITAR rules changes piece. They’re casting a very wide net there with their “nothing’s ITAR-exempt Public Domain until the government SAYS it is” change. A very large segment of the tech community could end up having to worry whether the State Department or White House might ever get mad at them before talking shop in public.
