He’s the PM but he isn’t leading squat. The guys actually making the decisions are Fred Butts, Jean Chretien, and Paul Martin. If Trudeau’s last name had been Richards (as in Keith) he wouldn’t be anywhere near the reins of power.
Whoops make that Gerald Butts. Fred Butts is a guy I used to work with 25 years ago.
