Couth is badly overrated as a figure of merit.
Their audience is twitter, the media, and politicians. It is just a continuation of the Democrat’s skunk works in the past two campaign cycles to wedge Republicans by focus on a very narrow set of them.
Looking at all the shenanigans Democrats have pulled lately, I wouldn’t be surprised if we learned that all,those Russian bots during 2016 posting from Russian IPs were actually Democrats in the USA.
