  1. Maybe they can use the same technique on my unfinished novel. I’ve been working on it for 35 years, but…well, you know, things come up and so and so, and what not.

In any event, let them take all of my comments on social media as a guide to my thinking, and then try to flesh out the rest of my novel.

Here’s what I’ve written so far:

“It was a dark and stormy…”

That’s as far as I got.

    1. Sounds like you have a bit of writer’s block there. An AI ought to be able to flesh out those hard spots.

    2. I’ve got my AI running on my cluster here at home. Based on your social media posts and other data it has collected on you it has produced the first next word!

      “Daniels”

      Not bad eh?

      Well, it tried gamely:

It was a dark and stormy night, and the air was still and cold. The wind was lightened, and the faint fragrance of rain and flowers wafted through the air. Then Yagya went into the house, and sought out a pair of tents for sheltering. The villagers had prepared some drinks for them and were gone to sleep. The cool night air flickered and closed in over the tall beech trees by the river. The maid with Yagya’s shoes stood close to him, blocking him from the stars. She hadn’t slept a wink”

  2. I tried that Talk to Transformer several times. It appeared to be scouring the web for matching phrases.

I entered, “Now is the time for all good men” and got a similarly worded reference from Indian news about “to seek justice for the girl and the Nation”.

I tried “Four score and seven years ago” and got some tex about some guy finishing some project.

Then I tried, “In the name of the Father” and got this initially spot on sourcing and then:

“n the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost
Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. The Spirit of God is testing us, and he will not abide a lie.
My message to you is that your totem pole will also be tested. The first time you visit and place your pole in the ground, the first three angels who dance in the air around it will have to judge you. They will”
