  1. One of the aspects of this virus I have heard nothing about is immunity of those not tested. I believe the pool of uninfected is shrinking rapidly. According to Johns Hopkins University numbers, we have tested about 2.8 million people so far. So just under 1% of the population. About 23,000 have died, and around 33,000 have recovered. This is from about 500,000 active cases. Now, until last week, an overwhelming number of patients tested were done when they went for treatment. No mild cases. No mis-diagnosed at home cases. We have lots of numbers, but very little information on the remaining 99% of the population. I’d say 100 times safer is a gross understatement. I hope.
