  1. Brazil: 105,222 total cases, +4,075 new cases, 7,288 total death
Iran: 98,647 total cases, +1,223 new cases, 6,277 total death
China: 82,880 total cases, +3 new cases, 4,633 total death
    And:
Venezuela: 357 total cases, 0 news cases, 10 total deaths
    {with news blackout, with reports dead bodies stacking up}

What I roughly know, about chinese virus, is kills most people over 60 years old.
And somewhere around 1% of 60+ year old die, and about 20% less females die vs male.
And there is also a significant death rate, among 50 to 60 year-olds, this also can get quite ill, but has much higher recovery rate than +60 and chance recovering for +70 low, and +80 is lowest.
Said differently, about 90% of all death is over 60 or older and under 20 has extremely low death rate or getting seriously ill.
Or seems less of problem for under 20 than the “common flu”, though it seems to spread fast whatever the population of the age, though it seems asymptomatic children don’t seem to spread it {as much}. And it seems to spread a lot when people are asymptomatic and one is asymptomatic for days {at least} or might be fairly common to be asymptomatic and spreading it for weeks {and tend to imagine, that this why it is fast spreader}. And seems if have high viral load exposure, it has more serious health consequences- or why fairly young doctors can have high chance of dying from it. I also think the high stress the doctors have, could be significant casual factor.

    1. Oh, and if have Vitamin D deficiency and are older, and seriously ill
from virus, death is very likely.

        1. +2

If you can’t get a tanning booth, cod liver oil has vitamin D3.
The Norse have used it for ages because of cloud cover. They can’t generate vitamin D for long parts of the year (land of midnight sun). I recommend the gel capsules. Spoon fed in liquid it tastes horrible.

  2. Some claim that Wuhan wasn’t where patient zero came out.
That there were multiple points. One in the USA in Maryland, another in Northern Italy, and a third in Wuhan. Some were misdiagnosed as plain old pneumonia on the onset. The Truth is Out There.

    1. Not much point to what “they” claim when there’s considerable evidence against those claims. COVID-19 was in Wuhan from beginning of December. If it were in the wild anywhere else, we would see a huge number of cases in very early spring. But instead what we see is purely consistent with spread from Wuhan.

    2. With global air travel being very common until recently, anyone could get to just about anywhere on the planet in a day or two. There is recent evidence of people getting sick from this virus last December. That still doesn’t discount the idea that the virus originated in China. Thousands of Chinese were traveling the world every day last December, along with hundreds of thousands of everyone else.

  3. Many are calling it the Wuhan- or China-Virus but that unfairly stigmatizes the common people of the city or nation. Why not lay the blame where it belongs – on their leadership – by calling it “Xi’s Disease”? I believe that widespread use of this catchy rhyming phrase would cause Xi some embarrassment and might cost him some loss of the “Face” that far easterners prize so highly!
