Very few people in the US have actually died of COVID-19. The numbers have been misrepresented and inflated. Total US deaths is still below 3000. It is unconstitutional to ask a citizen to wear a mask.
The death tolls in Italy and Spain are unfortunately very real, and a consequence of the Chinese Communist Party lying and withold information. I would put all options on the table if I was an Italian or Spanish government official.
