I don’t think this gun-grabbing monstrosity would make it through the Senate even without the filibuster. It probably can’t even get through the House. There are too many vulnerable Democrats in red states and districts.

It is a laundry list of things that they want to do and will be working state by state item by item over the coming years. These laws aren’t intended to stop any crimes but are instead punishment for people Democrats hate. More Jim Crow and they have a lot more Jim Crow for things other than gun owners too.
