How about a two year moratorium on any meeting of the CA state legislature? In fact, how about a referendum to PAY legislators to vacation out of state for a least one whole year?

The cognitive dissonance is interesting. They won’t trust employers to employ people, but they do trust employers to pay for everything. Oh well, it’ll probably take California a while to collapse.
