It’s interesting that the group shut down as soon as what they were trying to do came to light. They kinda sorta knew what they were doing was indefensible to normies, but couldn’t help themselves when they were just talking to each other. That’s the kind of cult thinking that infests all extremist groups.
And social media acts as an amplifier.
I think, in the end, social media is much like the “Babelfish” in the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. Just hope it doesn’t ignite any wars.
