Let’s say the House of Representatives appoints a special counsel. Said counsel after investigations convenes a grand Jury and said grand jury indicts. Can they go around the corrupt justice department and find a federal judge willing to assign a federal prosecutor to prosecute the case? Or would it (the indictment) just be kicked to the DOJ and they just sit on it?
The special prosecutor will issue his report the day after the election in 2032.
