In only the remotest interpretation of the restricted category of allowing the FCC to regulate against interfering with ground-based space radar does this proposed rule even make the vaguest of sense.
(Valley Girl Voice) “Like everything Commercial has been like, what you call them, Communication satellites and like they transmit on FCC controlled …what was the word again?… wavelengths. So like the FCC should control everything in space from here to the like the farthest stars …it’s ♫ Cosmic ♫ !”
Or something like that.
As soon as the FCC can go slap a notice of violation on a satellite, they can think about it.
