Charlie Kirk

    1. My hope is that the change that comes from todays violence will NOT be what the left wanted or expected, and that they will shortly come to rue this day as much as we on the right already do.

  1. Wanting to control speech is a mainstream opinion among leftists these days. Walz made the mistake of saying it during the last election. I am not surprised someone has done this.

  2. I was nine when JFK was assassinated, and remember where I was when I found out, and who told me. My father was a big-time conservative – Patrick J. Buchanan once called him a “right wing extremist” – and never had a good word to say about JFK when he was alive. But he was devastated by the assassination, to the point of being almost inconsolable for days. That left an indelible impression on me.

I wish tomorrow wasn’t 9/11, and I fervently hope that President Trump will be protected as no other human being has ever been.

  3. JFK? really JFC . It going to be closer to George Lincoln Rockwell or Harvey Milk as far as consequence.
Outside of Trump will be trying to lionize Kirk as the next Ernst vom Rath for the next crackdown,

      1. Not just local. National scumbags too. Washed up actors (George Takei). Pols. Half of the damned Congress after Johnson asked for a moment of silence.

      2. I’m assuming there is some reason Engineer is indeed the local scumbag, rather that a distasteful memory. Is it simply that you have a deep and abiding belief in free speech? Kudos to you if so, but I swear to God seeing Engineer’s sputum dribbling on your site sometimes makes me reluctant to come here at all, and I’ve been part of your community for two decades.

        1. I can count the number of people I’ve blocked on this site on the fingers of one hand, with some to spare, but the vile “Engineer” does seem to want to test my limits. I wonder if he/she even has a soul.

    1. As if further evidence was needed today only proved again that the left is, and always has been, the ideological home of fascist. YOU are the only nazi here clown.

  4. Consequential movements, both good and ill, tend to survive their founders. The paradigmatic examples are Christianity and Islam. An “honorable mention” goes to Marxism – which is its own “trinity,” being simultaneously a political movement, a religious cult and a personality disorder.

Turning Point is one of many anti-Marxist movements and, by all indications, one of the most effective – talk therapy for the Marxist personality disorder. As such, its longevity is tied directly to that of its opponent.

Marxism has had a good couple of centuries, but now seems very much on the back foot and increasingly senescent. Charlie had more than a little to do with this. The best possible monument to Charlie will be a world in which Turning Point is no more because it has achieved its purpose and Marxism has joined other dead faiths such as the religions of the Nordics, Aztecs, Carthage and classical Greece and Rome as objects of interest only to small cadres of academic antiquarians.

  5. I’ve watched dozens, if not hundreds, of hours of Charlie Kirks YT videos and never saw him say anything cruel, violent, racist….despite being accused of all of that.

And when he challenged the accusers, they usually ran off, unable to offer a single example.

He will be missed. My condolences to his family and may his name be written in the book of life.

  6. Firmly convinced the divide between Right and Left is a divide between humanity and inhumanity. Look at history.

  7. Argentina President Javier Milei releases a statement:

“The left is always, at all times and places, a violent phenomenon full of hatred.”

As the so-called Engineer shows above, leftists are beneath contempt. There is no hate like leftist hate.
