  1. “Believe ALL WOMEN” say the democrats. Investigations? Trials? Conviction?

    Thats only for republicans

    1. For the Democrats, it’s “Believe all women who complain about Republicans.”

For those who complain about Democrats, it’s “Shut up, bitch!”

      1. Until you become an impediment, in which case, like Mr. Swawell you’re slightly less welcome than used cat litter. Like any controlling group they prefer their members to have faults that can be exploited. Mr. Swawell just forgot that his proclivities were well known and easily exploited.

        As for Mr. Simberg’s question

What kind of odious people would have signed up to get this creature elected in the first place?

the answer is one word, Democrats because it gave them a leash on Mr Swawell. Little did he seem to know that it was a shock collar with a lethal jolt.

  2. I find it remarkable that one of the victims not only, supposedly, let him have a second shot at her virtue years after the first, but delayed more years to publicize her charges until, just coincidentally, his campaign for governor has become inconvenient. Funny that.

I’ve stopped believing unless there is some sort of contemporaneous evidence produced. Otherwise, it’s just he said, she said. Though in this case, couldn’t have happened to a nicer feller.

  3. The Democrats are dividing their gubernatorial vote to the point where a Republican has a real shot at winning, and none of them will drop out of the race. The “case” against Swallwell is just the Party’s long knives taking out a spoiler.

    1. The point of the top two “jungle primary” is to eliminate all those pesky third parties who get in the way and split the progressive vote.* And make sure the election gets decided by activist party voters well before the general public is paying attention in November.

All the Dems need to do is make sure someone in good standing in the Party makes it to the top two. That person is guaranteed to become the next governor. The problem has been that the GOP has only two candidates in a large field, and the Stupid Party is actually splitting their vote just enough that those two might make the top two. That situation cannot happen, and it became time to make an example of one of the also-rans. Swalwell is perfect to take the fall, as he’s a white guy and no one really likes him anyhow. Expect to see a couple of other dropouts (voluntary or involuntary) later this month.

      * Funny how I never heard of the Losertarians or some fringe Marxist group objecting with lawsuits when Upper Left Washington did the same when I lived there. You’d think they’d have whined about being locked out and being “disenfranchised”.

  4. Seems like the Democrats or their supporters clean how.
Why aren’t you talking about Tony Gonzales?
Rand why aren’t you talking about Tony Gonzeles?

    1. I don’t know who he is. If he’s as scummy as Swalwell, I wouldn’t miss him. Democrats only “clean house,” when someone becomes politically inconvenient to them.

      1. Gonzales announced March 6 he was ending his reelection campaign and announced yesterday he was resigning his House seat, as he will be expelled when that comes to a vote. He might not be quite as scummy as Swalwell, but they both need to be gone. Swallowed and Schiff both should’ve been gone years ago.
