It evokes memories of ‘Free Crab Rangoon’ to me.
My main problem with “Free Palestine” is this: It’s a phrase intended to evoke sympathy from the West and doesn’t represent the true desire. When we talk about being free in the West, we mean freedom of speech, of political assembly, of the press, etc. The Palestinian goal is the creation of yet another Islamist dictatorship which abuses its minorities.
The freedom they want is freedom from having to live alongside Jews. That was the same “freedom” the Nazis were fighting for.
No westerner should repeat Free Palestine. It’s dishonest rhetoric.

Lebanon inherited the problem when Jordan solved theirs. I suggest one Grok the phrase “Black September 1970-1971”.
She mentions that “Palestine” is not an Arabic word. Arabic has no “p” sound so they will substitute and “b” or an “f”. So Palestinians call it “Falestine”.
Arabs also call the language spoken in Iran “Farsi”. It’s actually”Parsi”, the language of Pars, the old capital city, and the root of the word “Persian”.
