  1. Oddly enough, I have a hard time seeing Obama’s hand in Reagan’s back pocket, gently lifting out the wallet.

  2. I wonder what Time’s finances are like, given that blatant propaganda attempt? One wonders if Time-Warner really approves of the return on expenditure?

  3. I must have missed it, when did Obama, the man who started his political career, at a terrorists home, become a right leaning centrist?

  4. I am so glad Time did this. It provides a conversation starter for those younger lefties. The left doesn’t talk about Reagan much (Behar might say some insult about “tear down this wall” but that’s about it.)

It doesn’t take too many quotes from the gipper to get a sane lefty to think about it (for insane lefties, the majority, nothing short of a lobotomy works.) Then all ya have to do is get them to go someplace and get mugged. Or sometimes over 30 with a family can do it.

Ever since the MSM started his re-election campaign, which was the Tuscon “event.”

  6. Carl – I don’t have a hard time seeing that image, at all!

On another note – it’s been over 24 hours since Rand’s last new post. I’m getting withdrawal symptoms … 🙂

It’s this terrible thing called a “weekend”. They happen much too often.

Like I once told a friend who’d been watching me go through a bad patch at the time, “Oh, the sad days don’t happen much anymore, but sadder days come about once a week.”

I didn’t see him again for months after that.

  9. If Obama wants to make us think he’s a moderate or even leans right, then he’ll have to do something like, I dunno, push for a repeal of Obamacare. Otherwise, it won’t work.

  10. And now the free ice cream flows once more.

I think he did the compromise thing a little so his followers would have another talking point. I bet we’ll heard about his ongoing “move to the center” even if he reverts (as the State of the Union address indicates) to his old stance.
