Some interesting proposed amendments. Dana wants to extend the learning period indefinitely. So do I. Hope this one passes, but it would still have to be reconciled with the Senate’s five years.

I notice that all of the amendments, whether you agree with them or not, involve thoughtful ideas regarding space policy or technical matters, with one glaring exception. Shiela Jackson Lee just wants to make sure that the favored minorities get a serving of pork.
