I agree with this, but the piece seems to have fizzled out at the end.

Canada Joins The Gateway
Bob Zimmerman isn’t impressed.
This will make if more difficult to cancel the Gateway, but it’s possible to do a much more effective gateway, and one doesn’t need SLS/Orion to do it.
My Lawsuit
The request for en banc review of the DC appellate decision, after over two years, has been denied.
[Update a while later]
This lawsuit is now so old that, if it was a child, it would now be in first grade. For those unfamiliar with the background, Jonathan Adler described it last year.
Regime Change
Could the U.S. face it in the Trump era?
The Obama FBI and DOJ were certainly acting like secret police.
Millennials
TL;DR: It’s not the big cities.
Cohen’s Testimony
The thing is, while I don’t find anything that Cohen says about Trump incredible, it’s things that I’ve always assumed about him. I doubt that there are very many people whose minds were changed about Trump as a result of what the scumbag said. And his statement at the end that Trump wouldn’t go easily if he loses the election is pretty ironic, considering that the Left and the Democrats (but I repeat myself), over two years into the term, still haven’t accepted their defeat.
[Update a while later]
The Fix Was In
The Obama Justice Department prevented the FBI from pursuing the proper charge(s) against Clinton.
Life Among The Wokescolds
A frightening dispatch from the educational apocalypse. One note, though.
Amidst all the imbecilic angst over the "sexual assault" by the sailor on the nurse, it's worth noting that they weren't celebrating the defeat of the Nazis — that had happened three months earlier. They were celebrating the end of the war, with the defeat of Japan.

Anti-American Forces At NASA?
Bob Zimmerman is concerned.
If it’s not the intent of this to aid Russia, that’s certainly the effect.
And yes, this is concerning:
But the sources familiar with the matter said the companies must address “most” of those concerns before flying astronauts and, eventually, tourists to space. [emphasis mine]
NASA has no business dictating what standards will be met for private spaceflight participants. Someone needs to stomp on this right now.
[Update a few minutes later]
And just by coincidence, as NASA continues to want to purchase more rides from the Russians, another Fregat upper stage failed today.
The Soyuz 2-1b has apparently FAILED according to Russian media: ?https://t.co/l09jEEtPTG

[Late-morning update]
Looks like while there may have been an anomaly, the mission was ultimately a success.
I now have independent confirmation that #EgyptSat-A was released from Fregat into a planned orbit in today's #Soyuz launch!!! Stay tuned for updates: https://t.co/O5RqZRE7ed

[Friday afternoon update]
Well, that piece by Reuters didn’t age well. Seems kind of dumb to have run it when the flight readiness review was scheduled for the very next day.
[Bumped]
My Lawsuit
It’s now been two years since we requested an en banc rehearing of our case before the D.C. Court of Appeals. Meanwhile, twenty-four news organizations have filed amici on our behalf. I actually knew about this a few weeks ago, but decided to link this when Anthony’s site noted it.
[Afternoon update]
Here is the original report, which has several misquotes and misattributions (e.g., it misspells “warm mongers” and attributes some of my words to Mark Steyn).
