  1. How weird that circumcision should come up just as many bloggers are talking about the procedure in a different political context ==> Birthers who want to see Obama’s penis.
    See
“patriotboy.blogspot.com/2009/08/barack-obama-show-us-your-penis.html” or click on my name.

  2. Bob, I don’t think that you are capable of imagining the depth of my disinterest in the presidential penis. I have no idea why you thought it would be relevant to this post. Unless you’re a troll…

  3. I’m just pointing out that Obama-detractors are blogging about circumcision today. Usually, Presidential politics and circumcision don’t intersect even once per year (or even once per decade), and here we have two simultaneous discussions. I don’t read the blog I linked to — the blogosphere is full of links to both stories. I think I gave you the setup for a good joke or two.

  4. Actually, I’ve been reading about the circumcision thing on blogs for the past few days. And nothing I’ve read so much as mentions Obama’s little president.

  5. All I can say is, you can touch my genitals with your cold, dead hands…

That is a very bizarre fetish.

  6. Geez, Bob! The things you throw into Google to search upon. Anybody elses penis you’ve been looking up? I know there are Obama supporters, and then Obama supporters; I just didn’t know that you were that fond of Obama.

  7. Bob, I’m sure somewhere someone is blogging about (random guess) Harry Reid’s hemorrhoids. If Rand blogs about hemorrhoids in general at the same time, is that somehow significant?

  8. I’m starting to think that if the CDC comes out recommending people wash their hands some blogger is going to dream up a Government program to mandate hand-washing.

Chris’s hyperbole would be funny if the final version of the bill reimburses doctors for washing peoples’ hands. If so, I’ll be sure to come back here and “LOL”.

In the meantime, perhaps Jim the Bigot will enlighten us with a wonderful tale about how Supplier Induced Demand, which he says rules over all of medical care land, can be switch on (hosptial bed) and off (death planning) at Jim’s mighty whim when it no longer serves his argument.

  9. Palin is a professional, elected official. She got elected through her own hard work, whatever you think about her. She has typically whacky conservative Republican views on the issues. This should invite scorn and ridicule of her views. It shouldn’t promote gynecological exploration of her physique or schoolboy rape/submission fantasies. She does seem to bring out the worst latent women hating sentiments in “progressives”, but that doesn’t mean those sentiments are her fault, nor that those sentiments are progressive values.
