  1. How can anybody call it a recipe when it doesn’t say exactly how much water, exactly what temperature in the freezer, and exactly how long it will take?

  2. I wish I’d seen this 20 years ago.

    MAYBE I could have gotten SOMEONE in my house ‘trained’ to make ice. They knew how to USE ice, but they couldn’t figure our how to MAKE ice.

    I have my own system now. I’ve got two i gallon buckets from the farmer’s market that had strawberries in them. I get one HUGE ice cube every 6 or 8 hours out of the freezer I use an ice pick to make cup sized ice and since I started doing this, I’ve never run out of ice.
