Basically WorldView has 100% pivoted away from edge-of-space person balloon rides to being an instrument of the surveillance state. It’s not a surprise that big government fetishists like Stern and Kelly are proponents. Nor is it a surprise that the CCP wants the tech to surveil their own citizens.
