      3. I take exception to the wording of the 3rd principle of CRAC (the Conflict Resolution Advisory Council) as worded:
         3. … In the future the system could evolve to become more mature with binding resolutions, impositions, retribution, enforcement and imprisonment.

         Such wording is inappropriate to a free and utopian state and harks back to the capitalistic repression of the ancien regime. For the country fromerly known as CHAZ, therefore I propose the following re-statement of Principle #3:

         3. … [reword follows] In the future the system could evolve to become more mature with binding arbitration, community association assessments, reparations, outreach and social distancing.
