  1. I can only go by my personal situation, but I went Keto about 16 months ago. When I started, my ‘good’ cholesterol was too low, my ‘bad’ cholesterol too high, and specifically my triglycerides were moving me close to pre-diabetic status. One year later, it was all the opposite. Can’t agree with you more, Rand, that carbs – especially sugar and bread/pasta – cause the real problems.

  2. Six years on low carb. We both lost > 10% of then weight, feel great. No slumps after lunch, no heartburn, no bloating.
    Recommended.
