But I have said Mars exploration should be largely focused robotic exploration with having crew on Mars. It seems rather than crew, we going to a town on Mars. And NASA can actually do the exploration on Mars by sending lots of robotic mission, which can be supported by the town on Mars.

I just watched a few minutes of the video and it immediately reminded my why I got banned from Nasawatch. The narrator referred to the launch of the Crew Dragon as the first “crewed” launch by a commercially built vehicle. However, my ears heard it as the first “crude” launch, something completely different. I had argued over there that calling these sorts of missions “manned” would have no deleterious effect on young cisgendered or even non-binary women in terms of their wanting to go into space. Let’s face it, if they have the guts to go to space, they sure aren’t going to clutch their pearls if the word “manned” is used.
The sad thing is that manned doesn’t even mean male. You would think space nerds would nerd out on etymology when it comes to controversy over the proper usage of a word but no. It is a great example of smart people being idiots.
We live in an amazing time when the horizons have never been farther nor more reachable but people seek to artificially restrict humanity.
Getting banned from Nasawatch is quite easy. Just question or correct anything he writes.

Been banned twice now. I only go over there for the comments anyway. Keith’s stuff tends to be rant-y and repetitive, so I mostly ignore it.

Yes. I thought I was part of a small and exclusive club when he banned me, but now our “little” group is looking more like, say, AmEx Green Card holders – too many of us for much exclusivity.
I look in once in awhile to track the decline. Keith seems to be doubling down on all the SJW and TDS stuff – working hard to become the MSNBC of space blogs. I think he’s “succeeding.”
An excellent video, made more excellent by having an androgynous narrator with a British accent. No more credibility can be established by any means available to humans.
I really enjoyed this video. The only thing missing at the end was antenna sprouting from the narrator’s head and finishing off with:
“We Await to Welcome You!”… My Favorite Martian style.

If British accents were good enough for the ancient Romans, they should be good enough for anybody…
I would have been a little concerned if he had been wearing an Occupy Earth T-shirt with the planetary montage in reverse…
And if the left takes over in America after November 3, Elon Musk may have to move to the UAE, Australia, or Singapore. I keep thinking of a Fallen Angels scenario.
