There was a movement decades ago to move the UN to Berne. Might not be a bad idea.
But I have a better one. Move the UN to Tyco Crater, Moon. Easily visible to all the nations on the Earth and if you want representation on the international stage develop your own indigenous means to get there or ally with someone who can.
Rumor has it there may already be a black monolithic structure very similar to the Secretariat Building already buried near there. 🙂
