If this accurately reflects Judaism (and in my limited experience, it seems to be consistent), it is one more reason that I respect this religion above any other. It is a religion of life, specifically human life on Earth.
When conservatives intone that America was founded on Judeo-Christian principles, I think they more correct on the “Judeo” part.
