If Sussman plays his cards right, not only might he be eligible for diesel therapy but quite possibly the Susan McDougal suite at the Pulaski County jail. I hear it’s quite nice, with curtains over the barred windows and pictures of the Clintons vacationing in the Hamptons on the walls.
Even if it finally gets somewhere what’s to stop President Biden of merely pardoning the Clintons of any charges? And Hunter Biden to while we are out it; he could merely say that the charges are “politically motivated” designed to distract attention from the “real crimes” of the Jan 6th “insurrection”.

If he (Biden) is 25th Amendment/Impeached out the door after midterms then prez Harris would happily perform the Pardon option; she could pardon Biden senior as well as junior. Kinda like how Ford pardoned Nixon.
The important thing is that the truth comes out. I would be fine with zero people being sent to jail or executed if only we had the full story in the public with public confessions. Getting Democrats to tell the truth for once would be punishment enough. Some of them likely wouldn’t be able to handle it, so we should make sure the cameras don’t get turned off and the guards all have replacements for nap time.

Statutes of limitations are already coming into play but I’d like to see the Democrats argue before SCOTUS that the statute of limitations on coups is four years. How many people would fall for it? Put the limitation at five years and you might get Republicans supporting it.
