  1. The writer acknowledges that the Supreme Court created this problem by its Roe and Casey decisions and then concludes that the Supreme Court is an institution which must be protected.

Conservativism in defense of anti-conservative institutions is idiotic.

    1. An aternative to outlawing aboartion is to make murder legal. I wish they’d hurry the fuck up, as I have a long list (although at my age the list is growing shorter quickly as various assholes depart for Hell without my assistance…).

      1. As I point out in the link, get those on your list to assault you with a deadly weapon and in almost every jurisdiction with the exceptions of LA and SF you don’t need additional law.

  2. Dred Scott lasted several years. So has Roe. Both are bad laws. Both will be overcome. Don’t read more into it. Article one, section of the U.S. Constitution states, ‘All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.’ Any idiot can read this and see Roe is unconstitutional. 7 robed judges saying otherwise will not make it so. It takes a while, but reality comes back to the surface eventually. We are approaching that point with Roe.
