If Turtle McConnell had done his job, he’d be the Senate Majority Leader. But he really doesn’t want that, it would cost him money.
McConnell (R. Wall Street) is feeling a little heat from the rank-and-file. He won’t actually do anything but at least he feels compelled to give it a little lip service.
