Failure to follow policy is how they would go after people. They wouldn’t bust people for breaking laws but for not following self declared policy. That is how businesses get into trouble when dealing with employees and how Twitter and YouTube got in trouble when going after people with enough money to hire good lawyers.
My policy would be to have no policy regarding interpretation of what respondents write and I reserve the right to delete any post on my blog according to my own whims.
