DHS literally flies children from the cartel handlers to their pimps and facilitates sexual slavery.
I think it’s more reasonable to ask the question: “If whoever is running this administration WERE on the payroll of the cartels, what would they be doing differently from what they are now?”
But then again, maybe the cartels are just a front for the CCP? At least we have an answer to the question above for that case….
