Seriously, this is a technology that I’m really looking forward to.
The place is a mess, and it does complicate China’s life for them to have to deal with it. My only concern is for the Kurds. But maybe they can cut a deal with Assad. And it is worth noting that Erdogan will be limited in his military ambitions by the need for maintenance of his NATO equipment.

They really deserve their own country, but that never seems to be in the cards. Ignoring the Marxist PKK, they’re the only real allies, other than Israel, in the region.
California is becoming more and more like a third-world country. But the idiot voters just keep voting for more of it.

People in charge of them should be made personally liable.
Makes sense to me. If you’re going to deprive someone of their right to self defense, it should be your responsibility to make it actually safe, not just put up a sign.

It’s a personal one. I’m accepted to give a brief talk on space property rights at the IAC in three weeks. But media can’t give talks, and registration will be about $1500. Not sure I can justify that.
I watched the webcast last night, but I was tired from building a fence, and then I had an early flight to DC this morning.
