The DC Court Of Appeals

…has ruled in the Michael Flynn case.

This means he walks, unless Sullivan tries to take this nonsense to the Supreme Court.

[Update a while later]

He can’t appeal to SCOTUS yet. He would first have to petition for an en banc review by the whole court of appeals (as we did in our lawsuit).

[Late-morning update]

The fix was in, and Obama and Biden are definitely implicated. And Susan Rice lied to her diary.

[Afternoon update]

The DC Court of Appeals is on the spot.

  1. In a stunning move, Judge Sullivan has asked attorney Andrew Goldstein to submit an amicus curiae brief showing that the Appellate Court motion paves the way for the Judge to finally move ahead on sentencing for perjury.

Failing that, it is expected the judge will rule that because of bad publicity it is impossible for Lt. Gen Flynn to receive a fair acquittal and submit a change of venue to the communal jurisdiction of the Capitol Hill Occupied Protest formerly known as the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone or CHAZ.

    1. Correction: In the previous article we mis-identified attorney Andrew A. Wisemann as Andrew Goldstein. We wish to apologize to all Andrew Goldsteins real or imagined.

    1. Surprising that there was a piece of paper that escaped the shredder.

Perhaps by intent. Strzok wasn’t indispensable.

  2. The DC Court of Appeals is on the spot.

Not as much as the Flynn family. The process is the punishment.
